Terms and Conditions
You must have PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP.
A Passport or Certified Birth Certificate, with a picture ID are required. A driver license and/or voter's registration are not sufficient. Starting in December 2007, US citizens entering the Bahamas will be required to have a valid US Passport.

Pricing
We guarantee that the pricing we offer includes all lodging charges that included condo rental, occupancy and Island taxes, cleaning fees and other fees directly related to the actual cost of lodging. You are responsible for all meals, activities, and personal interest.
*Reservations are confirmed only after the initial deposit of 50% is received; the money is apllied to the reservation.
*The balance of payment is due upon arrival date.
*Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is canceled within 14 days of scheduled arrival.
*Security deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit of $500.00, is refundable after check out if the unit is not damaged. If damage should occur while you are occupying the unit you must notify the management immediately.

By Accepting a Confirmation
You assume responsibility for maintaining the rental unit and agree to be held liable for any or all fees arising from damage to the unit property. You also assume full responsibility for all actions of all members of your party.

Rental Guest must be at least 25 years old.

Pets are not allowed on property.

Privacy
We guarantee all your information; telephone number, address will held in strict confidence and will not be given to a third party.

Check in time: 9 a.m.
Check out time: 11 a.m.
Minimum Stay is one week.
